Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sorcery Deck Analyzer (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

The Service is a fan-built tool for deck building, analysis, collection tracking, and related gameplay utilities. The Service may change over time and features may be added, modified, or removed.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service.
• Bypass security controls or access data that is not yours.
• Upload or distribute malicious code.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

Arcane Atelier owns the original Service code, interface, and branding unless otherwise stated. Sorcery: Contested Realm names, artwork, and related assets belong to their respective owners. This project is a fan development effort and is not affiliated with Erik's Curiosa Limited.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (for example deck lists and collection data). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcane Atelier and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for security and operational reasons.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
